"Really easy site to use"
I found luminorth.co.uk really easy to use, honestly. The pages loaded quickly, and I didn’t end up clicking around in circles trying to find what I needed, which is always a relief.
The layout is clear, and placing an order felt straightforward. It’s just nice when a website does what it’s supposed to do without turning into a whole thing, you know?

"Warranty sorted without any hassle"
My light started acting up after a few months, which was annoying, but I think it was just bad timing more than anything. I emailed them about the warranty and they got back to me the next day. No awkward back and forth or making it into a big issue, they just sorted a replacement. It did take a little while to show up, but it’s here now and working fine. Overall, happy with how they handled it.

My order from luminorth.co.uk actually came packed really well, which was a relief because I always seem to be the one who ends up with dented boxes or broken bits. The box was tidy, everything inside was safe, and nothing looked like it had been thrown around. for once I didn’t have to deal with a hassle, so I’m happy with it and would order again.

I’m only judging it based on how the site looks, but it didn’t give me a great first impression. The layout felt all over the place, the colours were dull, and some parts looked like they weren’t fully finished. If you’re hoping for a polished-looking site, I’d probably save your time

I waited almost two weeks for my order, and the lack of updates made it feel even longer. I get that delays happen, but communication really matters when someone’s waiting on something they paid for. By the time it arrived, the whole experience had already left a bad impression, so I don’t think I’d order from them again...

I ordered a light and it did look nice when it arrived, but the size wasn’t quite right for the space, so I decided to send it back.
The returns page was easy enough to find, and the steps were mostly clear, I think. It just took a couple of days to get the return approved, and I did have to follow up once, so it felt a bit slower than expected.
The refund came through in the end, so it was all fine overall. I’d probably still order again, but the return process could definitely be a bit quicker and more straightforward.

These lights are way brighter than my old ones and made the whole room look better. I’ll admit I got a little uneasy after paying because I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but they showed up fine and work great. No real complaints.

I was relieved to find the light I wanted was actually in stock here, because a few other sites claimed they had it and then, surprise, they didn’t. So frustrating. This one was easy to order, no hassle, and everything went through fine. It’s kind of ridiculous that accurate stock info feels like a win, but here we are.

I ordered from luminorth.co.uk and I’ve got to say, the quality surprised me in a good way. It feels sturdy, looks really nice, and doesn’t have that cheap flimsy feel you sometimes get when ordering stuff online. I’ve been using it for a little while now and I’m still happy with it. Randomly, it actually arrived the same day I was trying to sort out a cupboard full of old cables, which was a whole separate mission, but this was definitely the nicer part of the day.
